Brief description of the institution

The building erected on a plot facing River Danube was originally a private villa close to a small spring. There is a reed surrounded fish-pond and a green area full of large trees provide for favourable climatic conditions. The home accommodating 40 people provide medical care, expert nursing and full service, peaceful life for the inmates up to the end of their life.


Accommodation

In apartments with 1 or 2 beds. Every living room has a separate toilet and bathroom attached. There are sick rooms for residents whose state would not permit proper care in one-bed room. Cultured community premises, terraces, garden, fish-pond and chapel provide for the proper living standards of the residents.


Services

There are urban telephones are cable TV sets in every room. Group and individual medicinal gymnastics, visits to theatre and museums, excursions, pilgrimages, religious exercises.


Holy Mass

Holy Mass is celebrated weekly in the chapel of the home. On the first Friday there are possibilities for confession and for Holy Communion.


Approach to the institution

By public road: The Home is situated along highway 51, the continuation on Pest of which is along Grassalkovich út and Soroksári út

By rail: By railway line Józsefváros-Kelebia, at the Soroksár station

By bus: From the station of Metro line 3 at Határ út by bus 66 up to the stop at Dobó utca.


Visiting time

Daily between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m.
